\tYou will lead high-impact strategic initiatives and complex projects that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and support innovation. This role ensures the successful execution of projects by applying advanced project management methodologies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning outcomes with key business objectives. Acting as a central point of contact, the Project Manager bridges stakeholders, sponsors, and delivery teams while providing oversight, governance, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Project Planning & Scope Definition<\/p>\n
\tDefine clear project objectives, deliverables, scope, and success criteria.
\n\tDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.<\/p>\n
Project Delivery & Execution<\/p>\n
\tOversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
\n\tMaintain a comprehensive delivery plan aligned with time, budget, and quality expectations.
\n\tImplement effective change control processes to track and manage project changes and impediments.
\n\tCollaborate with subject matter experts to estimate work effort and resource requirements.
\n\tManage and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
\n\tDrive operational readiness and ensure smooth handover to business-as-usual operations.
\n\tConduct post-implementation reviews and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
\n\tFacilitate key meetings including project kick-offs, progress reviews, technical demos, and stakeholder debriefs.
\n\tManage project budgets, review contractor and supplier quotes, and monitor actual costs against budget.
\n\tDevelop and implement a Quality Management Plan to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Communication Management<\/p>\n
\tServe as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
\n\tProvide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
\n\tBuild and maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders.
\n\tSupport procurement processes including tender evaluations and contract management.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Performance<\/p>\n
\tLead and motivate multi-disciplinary, hybrid remote teams across multiple locations.
\n\tPromote accountability, clarity, and collaboration within project teams.
\n\tOffer coaching, support performance development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
\n\tActively participate in the project management community by sharing knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (e.g., BSc, BCom, or equivalent)
\n\tProfessional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is essential<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t8\u201312 years of proven experience managing large-scale technology projects
\n\tPreferably within the Financial Services or Technology sectors
\n\tDemonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget<\/p>\n
