\tWe are seeking two highly analytical, detail-driven Campaign Managers to join our performance marketing team. These roles are critical in ensuring that all campaigns connected to our Affiliate and Acquisition channels are accurately set up, tightly monitored, and optimized for maximum ROI. Candidates must have strong operational thinking, data confidence, and a solid understanding of the online gaming\/iGaming environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Campaign Setup & Management<\/p>\n
\tOwn the end-to-end setup of acquisition and affiliate campaigns \u2014 from tracking links and bonus code creation to QA and live deployment.
\n\tMonitor campaign performance daily against defined KPI benchmarks (CPA,
\n\tFTDs, ROI, CTR, Conversion Rates).
\n\tEnsure all tracking integrations, links, and landing pages function flawlessly across devices and platforms.
\n\tConduct regular A\/B and multivariate tests to continually improve acquisition efficiency.
\n\tMaintain and optimize the bonus code library to support tailored promotions and acquisition initiatives.
\n\tRun consistent competitor audits to benchmark promotional positioning and conversion opportunities.<\/p>\n
Affiliate & Internal Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork hand-in-hand with Affiliate Managers to align campaign mechanics, promo assets, and landing page funnels.
\n\tProvide affiliates with accurate tracking, creative materials, and campaign data to drive optimal performance.
\n\tCollaborate closely with BI, DEV, and Design teams to resolve campaign issues quickly and ensure timely launches.
\n\tDeliver actionable campaign performance reports with recommendations for scaling, pausing, or optimizing spend.
\n\tManage post-campaign analysis and compile insights into structured performance reviews.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Attributes<\/p>\n
\tDeep understanding of the iGaming \/ online casino or sportsbook environment.
\n\tAdvanced proficiency with campaign tracking tools, analytics dashboards, and bonus code systems.
\n\tExcellent data interpretation skills \u2014 able to translate trends into clear, actionable insights.
\n\tHigh accuracy and attention to detail \u2014 nothing escapes your eye.
\n\tConfident communicator with both technical and creative teams.
\n\tStrong organizational ability to manage multiple campaigns under fast-moving deadlines.
\n\tOwnership mindset \u2014 proactive, solutions-driven, and accountable for results.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a digital marketing or campaign management role (iGaming preferred).
\n\tExperience working with affiliate networks, tracking systems, or CRM tools (Income Access, Optimove, Everflow, Google Analytics, etc.).
\n\tStrong Excel and data reporting skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Looker) advantageous.
\n\tTertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field ideal but not mandatory.
