What will you do:<\/p>\n
\tProvide purchasing services including preparation and execution of RFI, RFP, RFQ procedures
\n\tFully Understand the P2P system in order to provide support to internal stakeholders
\n\tConduct Cost Analysis, cost price changes and increase negotiation and sign off
\n\tManage the Procurement Process in conjunction with the Procurement Policy and provide internal and external stakeholder training on processes and procedures
\n\tLiaise with Suppliers & negotiate cost effective pricing to reduce costs
\n\tEnsure compliance with legal and company regulations
\n\tNegotiate contracts in conjunction with the Legal Team
\n\tLead cross functional teams in providing support to strategic procurement decisions
\n\tAnalyze and interpret data\/procurement cost
\n\tMaintain good working relationships with key Stakeholders and clients
\n\tConduct market research
\n\tLeverage company’s purchasing power while also reducing operational risks
\n\tConduct supplier reviews and perform supplier KPIs monitoring
\n\tCompile monthly reports as per clients requirements
\n\tAble to work under pressure to manage CBX expectations and clients expectations
\n\tFlexible ways of working and the ability to think \u201cout of the box\u201d to provide innovative solutions<\/p>\n
Inherent requirements for the position:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric \/ NQF level 4
\n\tBComm degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, CIPS or a related field
\n\tMinimum 1-3 years’ procurement experience, specifically in indirect Procurement
\n\tNegotiating skills
\n\tKnowledge of BBBEE<\/p>\n
Additional demonstrable requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProficient on MS Office Suite, SAP experience add advantage
\n\tExcellent communication skills, written and verbal
\n\tAttention to detail, Ability to multitask and prioritize projects<\/p>\n
