FEM is committed to supporting efforts aimed at building an inclusive South African economy through supporting the (YES) Youth Employment Service Programme. The YES Programme is a business-led collaboration with government which seeks to reduce youth unemployment across private and public sectors.
\n\tOur objective is to give an opportunity to South African youth to develop new skills and gain workplace experience, over a 12-month period which will in turn significantly improve their chances of finding long-term employment post the programme. We have 2 opportunities within our Claims department.<\/p>\n
The minimum requirements for the programme are:<\/p>\n
\tMust be a South African citizen
\n\tMust hold a valid ID document
\n\tMust have a valid matric certificate
\n\tMust be unemployed
\n\tMust be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
\n\tMust belong to a designated group<\/p>\n
Additional requirements – Preference will be given to candidates with an Administration qualification.<\/p>\n
