\tWe’re looking for a SQL Developer who has NoSQL experience or a very strong SQL Developer who is passionate about Database and Datawarehouse Development who would like to upskill in NoSQL. \n\tAs part of our fast-moving development team, you’ll architect, tune, and maintain high-performance data systems that power real-world applications. You’ll work across multiple technologies, collaborate with brilliant engineers, and shape the backbone of our data-driven products<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do<\/p>\n
\tArchitect, develop, and maintain high-performance database solutions across SQL and NoSQL platforms
\n\tDesign optimized schemas and write efficient queries, views, triggers, and stored procedures
\n\tModel and manage relational (OLTP\/OLAP) and non-relational (document, key-value) data structures
\n\tDrive data quality, integrity, and security across all environments
\n\tExecute ETL processes, migrations, and transformations to keep data flowing seamlessly
\n\tProactively monitor, tune, and scale database performance using indexing, partitioning, and query optimization
\n\tCollaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to deliver actionable data solutions
\n\tDocument and evolve database architectures, standards, and best practices
\n\tStay ahead of the curve-continuously exploring new database technologies and performance strategies<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of experience managing both SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments
\n\tMastery of at least one RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle)
\n\tDeep expertise in at least one NoSQL technology (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Couchbase, or Dragonfly)
\n\tStrong background in data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization
\n\tUnderstanding of normalization, denormalization, and data architecture patterns<\/p>\n
Preferred Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field<\/p>\n
Bonus Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
\tProven ability to craft and optimize complex SQL queries
\n\tSkilled at analyzing, refactoring, and tuning legacy SQL code
\n\tExperience with database administration tasks-backups, replication, and recovery planning
\n\tFamiliarity with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS) or data pipeline frameworks
\n\tKnowledge of SQL Server features like Synonyms, SQL Agent jobs, linked servers, and maintenance plans
\n\tExperience in Agile\/Scrum environments
\n\tStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
\n\tAwareness of data security and compliance standards
\n\tExcellent communication skills-able to bridge technical depth with business clarity
\n\tA curious, data-driven mindset that turns insights into impact<\/p>\n
