\nRESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tTo take full control of the SGS document control system to be in line with the SGS high level system requirements and ISO17025:2017.
\n\tRegister, format, distribute and control system document process
\n\tTo ensure accurate and comprehensive minutes are taken at monthly quality meetings, management review meetings etc.
\n\tTo monitor the training programs drawn up and ensure that scheduled training dates are being adhered to.<\/p>\n
SPECIFIC AUTHORITIES<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and report all non-compliance of Quality reporting deadlines and schedules
\n\tCease the use of any equipment that may be deemed to constitute a safety hazard or enter hazardous environments without the necessary knowledge and protection and report the situation to higher authority to take action.
\n\tCease to carry on with work that may affect the quality (integrity) of services and report the situation to higher authority to take action
\n\tInitiate a formal improvement request when a deviation of the system occurs, possible improvements are identified or when nonconformity is identified
\n\tQualifications
\n\tDip in Agriculture and Food Technology \/ Food Science<\/p>\n
Additional Information<\/p>\n
\tBe a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African ID document)
\n\tBe between the ages of 18-33
\n\tMust be currently unemployed
\n\tMust have no criminal record
\n\tMust be willing to relocate to Johannesburg.
\n\tExceptional Computer Literacy (use of MS Office suite \u2013 Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\tAn affinity for data analysis
\n\tStrong research skills
