\tThe Restaurant Manager\u2019s responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant\u2019s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tHospitality or Food Services Management Qualification
\n\t1 – 2 Years proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
\n\tProven customer service experience as a manager
\n\tExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waitering staff
\n\tFamiliarity with restaurant management software
\n\tStrong leadership, motivational and people skills
\n\tAcute financial management skills
\n\tHands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
\n\tFriendly, courteous and service-orientated
\n\tAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently
\n\tEffective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
\n\tHonest and trustworthy beyond approach
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tPresentable\/Professional appearance and well spoken
\n\tTeam Player who leads by example
\n\tProactive in approach
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tLeadership skills<\/p>\n
