REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tBachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or Relevant Degree, Honours Degree will be an added advantage
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tCode EB driver’s license
\n\t5-7 years’ administration experience, and at least 2 years at supervisory level<\/p>\n

\n\tDirection Setting -The ability to create a clear sense of common purpose and vision for others with a view to obtaining buy in and commitment to the goals of the unit.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tIdentifies with the broad Corporate Administrative strategy and, defines\/ addresses critical functional requirements to support the Corporate Services departmental objectives.
\n\tManages the key corporate functional areas of Council Support and Records management sections.
\n\tDirects and controls outcomes associated with utilization, productivity and performance of personnel within the section
\n\tDevelops, review and implement functional policies
\n\tManages the functioning and document management of specific decision-making processes associated with meetings of council, executive and other committees of Council
\n\tManages administration processes associated with vacancies and appointment on Council
\n\tManages the implementation of an organization wide system for the management of diverse range of records<\/p>\n
