Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLeading monthly financial reporting with precision, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts
\n\tDriving compliance with financial policies and procedures to maintain a robust control environment
\n\tManaging and mentoring the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cashbook teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy
\n\tOverseeing budgeting and forecasting cycles, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
\n\tSupporting internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and risk mitigation
\n\tCollaborating cross-functionally with operations, payroll, commercial, and business development teams to drive financial performance
\n\tAnalyzing and interpreting financial variances, providing insights that inform strategic decisions
\n\tEnsuring accurate cost allocations and income statement validity at site level
\n\tReviewing and authorizing payment packs, maintaining financial integrity
\n\tMaintaining financial systems and tools, including QlikView and Microsoft D365
\n\tContributing to business reviews, revenue reconciliations, and mid-cycle wage sign-offs<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStrong analytical and numerical skills
\n\tCommercial and financial acumen
\n\tAdvanced Excel and MS Office proficiency (Microsoft D365 advantageous)
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n\tProven leadership and people management skills
\n\tAttention to detail and problem-solving mindset
\n\tAbility to work cross-functionally and manage diverse teams
\n\tExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
\n\tKnowledge of financial controls and audit processes
\n\tCustomer service orientation and stakeholder engagement<\/p>\n
Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent
\n\tCIMA, SAICA, or SAIPA membership beneficial
\n\tSAICA articles advantageous
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in financial accounting and controlling
\n\tStrong commercial and operational understanding
\n\tSecurity industry experience is a plus<\/p>\n
