The Junior Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that work is planned, executed and completed efficiently in accordance with the Firm\u2019s policies and procedures and keeps the Engagement Manager and\/or the Engagement Partner informed of matters or issues which might impact on the audit opinion or any other matters of concern or opportunities from the audit.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Ensure that the audit planning is signed off before commencement of execution of the audit
\n\t\u00a0Manage preparation of detailed budgets & staff allocation
\n\t\u00a0Submission of task code request & approval of overruns.
\n\t\u00a0Communication of deadlines and budget to staff
\n\t\u00a0Liaison with client and preparation of the schedule of audit requirements\u00a0
\n\t\u00a0Perform function of principal client contact and take full responsibility for the client relationship management and ensure that all queries are solved timeously<\/p>\n
Execution:<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Review the draft financial statements and audit opinion
\n\t\u00a0Attend & present at audit committee meetings
\n\t\u00a0Attend and facilitate wrapup meetings
\n\t\u00a0Ensure that the files for archiving are done
\n\t\u00a0Ensure timeous archiving of files
\n\t‘Ensure signed financials are given to the Audit Administrator<\/p>\n
