Maintenance<\/p>\n
Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo manage and maintain the maintenance store, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely issuance of parts and tools, and efficient support to the maintenance team.<\/p>\n
Your Challenge:<\/p>\n
\tReceive, store, and issue maintenance materials, tools, and equipment.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
\n\tConduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
\n\tEnsure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items.
\n\tMonitor stock levels and initiate reordering of critical spares.
\n\tAssist in sourcing and procurement of maintenance supplies.
\n\tCoordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
\n\tMaintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
\n\tSupport maintenance technicians with required parts and tools.
\n\tUpdate and manage inventory systems (manual or digital).<\/p>\n
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
\nQualifications & experiences:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a storekeeping or inventory role, preferably in a maintenance or technical environment.
\n\tFamiliarity with maintenance parts, tools, and equipment.
\n\tExperience with inventory management systems is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tStrong organizational and record-keeping skills.
\n\tAttention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tGood communication and teamwork abilities.
\n\tBasic computer literacy (Excel, inventory software).
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
Work Environment:<\/p>\n
\tBased in a maintenance workshop\/store.
\n\tMay involve physical lifting and handling of equipment.
\n\tOccasional interaction with suppliers and external service providers.<\/p>\n
