\tTo support end users by optimising the users\u2019 desktops and ensuring the efficient functioning of printers. This support also includes installing software and hardware and troubleshooting problems and resolving them as per SLA.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will report to the Manager:<\/p>\n
Network Operations and their responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tEnd-user support and optimisation of the desktop environment, ensuring timely service to clients
\n\tReactive assistance to internal clients, resolving desktop issues for optimum performance
\n\tDaily administration of clients’ PCs and network printers
\n\tEnsuring Applications are running effectively
\n\tEnsuring IMAC of Hardware and Software is done timeously.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tA 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology or Information Technology related fields of study
\n\tMicrosoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Certification
\n\t2 – 4 years Desktop Support experience
\n\tExperience in network troubleshooting
\n\tExperience in using Microsoft Operating System Windows
\n\tExperience in using Microsoft Office Suite, Azzure, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n
