Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor Degree in Public Administration \/ Management Sciences \/ Law, or equivalent.
\n\tA postgraduate qualification in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
\n\tFive (5) years\u2019 experience at middle management level, and proven successful management experience in administration.
\n\tCertificate in Municipal Finance Management Programme (MFMP) or
\n\tCertificate in Executive Municipal Development Programme (CPMD) in line with the Minimum Competency Levels as per Government Notice No. 493, published in Government Gazette 29967 of 15 June 2007.
\n\tA valid Code B driver\u2019s license.
\n\tNo criminal record.<\/p>\n

\tProvide strategic leadership to the Corporate Services Directorate.
\n\tOversee human resource management, legal services, records management, information communication technology (ICT), and administrative support.
\n\tDevelop and implement policies, systems, and procedures in line with municipal objectives and legislative requirements.
\n\tEnsure compliance with good governance practices, performance management, and sound labour relations.
\n\tManage the Directorate\u2019s budget, assets, and staff effectively and efficiently.
\n\tProvide support to the Municipal Manager, Council, and its Committees.<\/p>\n
