Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n
\tThe purpose of the role is to build brand awareness and provide an exceptional client experience to increase sales.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
SALES AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrate and provide information on specific products
\n\tLead customers to closing the sales deal at specific cosmetics counters
\n\tAchieve unit sales targets
\n\tProvide feedback on sales\/customer related issues or concerns timeously
\n\tCreate awareness of the products through demonstrations and distribution of samples
\n\tProvide an exceptional and consistent client experience to all clients
\n\tBuild relationships, loyalty and inspire confidence in clients by providing fragrance recommendations
\n\tUse expert knowledge and skills when demonstrating fragrances to clients<\/p>\n
BE A BRAND AMBASSADOR<\/p>\n
\tAs a Brand Ambassador you are required to represent the brand style
\n\tBuild Brand Awareness with customers in store
\n\tEnsure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained according to retailer requirements at all times
\n\tAdhere to and maintain brand standards at all times<\/p>\n
TEAMWORK<\/p>\n
\tWork in collaboration with other colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a harmonious working environment
\n\tLive the company values; conduct oneself with integrity at all times
\n\tAdhere to all company policies and procedures, displaying exceptional work ethic at all times<\/p>\n
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING<\/p>\n
\tSubmit daily sales report and updates as required
\n\tProvide pictures\/displays as required (timeously)<\/p>\n

\n\tNo Students Part Time or Full Time
\n\tPrevious working experience as a Promoter within a retail environment is advantageous
\n\tProven track record of successful promotions
\n\tCustomer oriented approach
\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills
\n\tMust be willing to work weekends\/shifts\/in different mall locations as required<\/p>\n
