Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe have an immediate opening for a Debtors Clerk (E-billing) in the Finance department. This position is ideal for an individual who is reliable, energetic, able to prioritise work efficiently, meticulous, has good verbal and written communication skills, and deadline-driven.

Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include, but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tSet up and maintain vendor sites for new matters, new timekeepers, new and revised portal budgets, and ongoing rates and\/or other portal requirements;
\n\tEnsure accurate preparation of LEDES files on invoices received for submission
\n\tMaintain and update the Excel spreadsheets with prepared invoices received for submission;
\n\tSubmit monthly electronic invoices to the firm clients, ensuring all clients and firm guidelines are followed during submission;
\n\tLiaise between the firm, billing fee earners, secretarial staff, and clients regarding ebilling queries when required;
\n\tIdentify and correct rejected invoices and other issues as they arise so that electronic invoices are properly submitted and accepted by clients.
\n\tSending both confirmation\/approval or rejection received from the clients and portals to the relevant staff to action;
\n\tInteract and educate timekeepers and secretaries to preclude future issues, to expedite the acceptance of electronic invoices where necessary;
\n\tReconcile accounts with statements at month-end to ensure that no invoices are excluded from submission;
\n\tReconcile accounts monthly with statement by completing the statuses of Invoices \u2013 E.g., Paid, Approved, Pending Approval, Rejected;
\n\tEnsuring that all rejected invoices are resolved within the correct timeframe and resubmitted;
\n\tSubmit month-end detailed report to management;
\n\tEnsure compliance with ISO policies and procedures in all billing processes.
\n\tEnsuring all statements are saved on Patricia support
\n\tCompleting and management of vendor forms.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric);
\n\tFinancial qualification advantageous
\n\tPatricia (advantages)
\n\tElite (advantages)
\n\tMS Office
\n\tSolid computer literacy a must.
\n\tExcellent administration skills.
\n\t2+ years\u2019 Credit Control and\/ Debtors experience.
\n\tExcellent communication skills with individuals at all levels (verbal and written);
\n\tAbility to prioritize work efficiently.
\n\tDeadline driven.
\n\tA strong sense of teamwork.
\n\tAbility to maintain composure during stressful situations occurring as a result of
\n\tworkloads and \/ or deadlines;
\n\tUse initiative and follow through on tasks.
\n\tGood interpersonal skills.
\n\tAble to maintain an orderly working environment.
