\tWe are looking for a Team Leader with the right talent and skills to lead our teams.
\n\tThe purpose of the role is to drive superior customer service performance delivered to Huntswood clients and their customers, by achieving outstanding levels of quality and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

\tManaging Performance and achievement of team KPIs
\n\tLeave\/ Absence management ensuring required resourcing is available as per SLA.
\n\tDisciplinary & HR related matters are attended to as they arise in line with company policy and protocols.
\n\tMaintains team Motivation.
\n\tRewards & Incentives are planned and implemented on an ongoing basis.
\n\tEnsure that the employee experience is consistent with the HW culture
\n\tOngoing coaching provided to the advisors.
\n\tRegular call listening
\n\tTeam professional development is considered and the necessary conversations (CPD, Succession , Career pathing etc.)
\n\tOn going knowledge sharing activities to keep the team updated
\n\tMonthly 1-1s with team members
\n\tIdentify and nurture top talent within the team.
\n\tIdentify skills \/ knowledge gaps and independently address or escalate for assistance
\n\tAll necessary reports are completed in line with department schedule \/ client requirements (daily, weekly, monthly)
\n\tDrive change initiatives ensure it as the desired outcome within your team<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational senior certificate-Grade 12
\n\tClear HR Record
\n\tMust be currently an internal employee of Huntswood
\n\tBackground within Financial Services is highly advantageous\u00a0
\n\tPrevious Subject Matter Expert\/Team Leader experience advantageous<\/p>\n
