People:<\/p>\n
\tConduct performance reviews and support the team development.
\n\tAssign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support.<\/p>\n
Quality:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.<\/p>\n
Job Knowledge\/Education and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tB.Sc.\/Honors\/B Tech\/B Eng: Industrial engineering\/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management qualification.
\n\tSix sigma green belt, PMI and MBA\/MBL is advantageous.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a Project Management role and Change Management improvement programmes.
\n\tStrong leadership and management skills to oversee and coordinate the work of a team of project engineers and other cross-functional professionals.<\/p>\n
