The Role:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for compiling payroll data, errors reconciliation and maintenance of payroll records.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLiaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety.
\n\tRecruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions as per specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
\n\tEntering information into payroll system and assist in preparing payroll checks.
\n\tAbsence management.
\n\tMaintain payroll records on the payroll system.
\n\tAdvising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
\n\tUndertaking regular salary reviews
\n\tAdministering Weekly and Monthly payroll.\u00a0
\n\tHandle and process all deductions
\n\tAnalyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
\n\tPlanning and sometimes delivering training \u2013 including inductions for new staff
\n\tManage and handle all payroll related queries
\n\tSupport in maintaining the entire workday employee life cycle process.
\n\tPrepare and distribute pay slips and produce various payroll and financial reports.
\n\tEmployee File maintenance
\n\tMaintaining and Managing Payroll Governance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Equivalent
\n\tA Payroll Certificate
\n\tNational Diploma in Human Resource Management (Advantageous)\u00a0
\n\t2 to 5 years in a HR administrator role.
\n\tWorkday knowledge, SAGE 300 System knowledge, Time and Attendance System Knowledge, METAL Industries Bargaining Council experience and the Chemical Industries Bargaining Council, SA Labour Law\u00a0<\/p>\n
