Main Purpose of Position<\/p>\n
\tTo lead the HR Data Processing Team and to assist in driving HR compliance, delivering and supporting compensation
\n\tprocesses for South Africa & Lesotho including payroll.<\/p>\n
HR Compliance and Operations:<\/p>\n
\tManage Data Processing Team activities and coordinate the processing of HR Data on Sage ensuring data accuracy.
\n\tLead the Stakeholder meetings with Easy Roster & Vetting Department Teams to present updated on Data Processing Progress, compliance and
\n\tchallenges
\n\tSupport Talent & L&D Functions (onboarding and offboardingprocesses) ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
\n\tFacilitate and ensure approvals of the movements including transfers,appointments and changes in conditions.
\n\tManage employee records, contracts, and performance-related documentation.
\n\tSupport internal audits and compliance checks.
\n\tPrepare reports for senior management and external 3rd parties ( KPI,Schedule, Fuel Reports,UIF, Pension\/Medical Aid, Psira etc) monthly and as and when requested. \u00a0To conduct periodic Audits on Sage System prior to payroll closure, (New Hires \/ Terminations and Onboarding documentations)<\/p>\n
Payroll & Benefits Administration<\/p>\n
\tWork with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and manage the day to day activities to address payroll related issues
\n\t\u00a0Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries.
\n\t\u00a0Support Talent on the Offer Process and obtain necessary approvals
\n\t\u00a0Manage and Facilitate employee claims or employee benefits changes\u00a0
\n\t\u00a0 Partner with the Regional Comp& Benefit team on Benchmark and other<\/p>\n
Health and Safety<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Participate in the design\/ development\/ review\/ implementation and monitoring of the branch\/region\/national safety plans for each year.
\n\t\u00a0Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks
\n\t\u00a0Report all safety incidents to the relevant people \u00a0Discuss all safety incidents on all levels
\n\t\u00a0Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting\/committee\/representative\/management
\n\t\u00a0Attend safety education and refresher programmes
\n\t\u00a0Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace
\n\t\u00a0Distribute safety information as and when required \u00a0Wear protective clothing all the time<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
\tDegree in HRM or Equivalent Degree<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3 \u2014 7 years\u2019 experience Sage experience
\n\t5+ years in HR operations or Payroll
\n\tAdministration
\n\tKnowledge of recruitment and payroll processes within HR<\/p>\n
