As an Operator in Sampling at dsm-firmenich, you play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of materials from warehouse to lab. You\u2019ll be responsible for sampling, packaging, and labeling materials while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will support efficient inventory management and reporting. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our sampling operations and delivering high-quality service to our customers.<\/p>\n
Your key responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tExecute daily picking and transfer of materials between warehouse and sampling lab.
\n\tPerform sampling, weighing, and packaging of materials for outbound dispatch.
\n\tMaintain accurate labeling of raw materials, finished goods, and containers.
\n\tMonitor and manage storage conditions and expiry dates of sampling materials.
\n\tEnsure compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety\/environmental standards.
\n\tParticipate in inventory audits and reconciliation of sampling processes.<\/p>\n

You bring<\/p>\n
\tPreferred: Qualification in Logistics or a related field, Minimum: Grade 12 (High School Diploma)
\n\tStrong understanding of Safety & Quality Standards, including GMP
\n\tNative English speaker or fluent in English (written and spoken) for accurate documentation (e.g., SOPs, GMP records) and effective communication with internal teams and international stakeholders.
\n\tAbility to prioritize tasks and meet daily operational goals.
\n\tAttention to Detail for accurate labeling, documentation, and sampling procedures.
\n\tProblem-Solving & Logical Reasoning to handle unexpected changes and maintain process integrity.<\/p>\n
