OBJECTIVE OF ROLE<\/p>\n
\tTo promote and generate sales on key product portfolios to pharmacies on both ethical and generic ranges. In addition to mentioned objective, the position will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with pharmacy decision makers, in order to drive net sales revenue.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAchieve and exceed set sales targets and market share objectives.
\n\tEffective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
\n\tEffective management of the regional territory by means of planning, territory analysis, customer targeting and call coverage of identified customer base.
\n\tEstablishment of positive relationships (mutual trust and respect) with customers and other stakeholders.
\n\tManage key customer sales and effective relationship management.
\n\tProviding ongoing customer support.
\n\tAdd value to an entrepreneurial climate.
\n\tEffective territory expense management and control.
\n\tActive engagement with team members & piers in order to build an exciting and high-performance team and company culture.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tTertiary qualification would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t1-2 years proven sales track record is essential
\n\tPrevious basket experience\/exposure would be an advantage.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own vehicle.
\n\tExisting relationships with key customers in the territory would be advantageous.
\n\tProduct knowledge on both Aspen and competitor products.
\n\tEffective territory management.
\n\tKnowledge of basic financial calculation i.e. Gross Margins, mark-ups.\u00a0<\/p>\n
