A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Regional Manager.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, or related field.
\n\tPostgraduate qualification (e.g., Honours, CFA Level 1, MBA) advantageous.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in investment analysis, deal structuring, or corporate finance.
\n\tProven experience in SME funding, venture capital, or development finance.
\n\tStrong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and credit risk analysis.
\n\tExposure to legal and transaction documentation (Shareholders Agreements, SPAs, etc.).
\n\tDemonstrated ability to originate and close transactions independently.
\n\tExperience engaging with government and development stakeholders preferred.
\n\tMust has experience in funding \/ financing SMEs and businesses with an in-depth experience in dealmaking, financial modelling and due diligence.<\/p>\n
