Role Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to managing end to end hiring process across the company’s ecosystem.
\n\tIn partnering with our executives, The Executive TA Partner will be responsible for driving both external research and internal talent mapping, to ensure that we are hiring talented and diverse individuals across our organization to drive the company’s growth.
\n\tThe researcher will conduct extensive research to source individuals with the right experience and qualifications and to match them to the provided job descriptions.
\n\tYou will be required to source and attract both active and passive talent using your networks, job portals, social media platforms, adverts.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tProvide strategic guidance, coaching, and expectation-setting to our executives with regard to talent acquisition process, target companies, market research, etc.
\n\tCreate innovative research strategies that will identify and attract the best talent.
\n\tProactively map the external talent, build talent networks and industry sources to build a future leadership talent pipeline.
\n\tEngage with, qualify, and attract high-quality talent in the market, screening against competencies and cultural values, while effectively representing company’s vision and values.
\n\tTrack progress and record data with a view to creating an overarching database and talent pools.
\n\tCollaborate with the larger TA team to designing a knowledge management framework for all research work, drive efficiency, and ensure business continuity.
\n\tLead consistent and comprehensive meetings with hiring executives on active searches and future talent pipelines
\n\tAdhoc reports\/presentations on talent insights<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate for this role will have:<\/p>\n
\tMust have matric
\n\tMust have a tertiary qualification
\n\t5-8 years experience in executive recruiting
\n\tExperience in research, market mapping, and stakeholder management
\n\tExperienced LinkedIn user, as well as other search engines and talent tools
\n\tCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:
\n\tExperience executive recruiter
\n\tProactive and solution- focused
\n\tExcellent communication skills<\/p>\n
