What You’ll Do<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations across travel and expense management, supplier relations, accounting and cash forecasting.<\/p>\n
Key Highlights:<\/p>\n
\tOversee T&E compliance, supplier onboarding, and payment processing.
\n\tPartner globally across R2R, AP, and procurement teams.
\n\tManage cash forecasting, accounting, balance sheet & creditors reconciliations, and expense analytics.
\n\tDeliver training on ChromeRiver, Coupa, and financial policies.
\n\tSupport audits, tax submissions, and BBBEE reporting.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAccounts Payable & Expenses: Manage supplier invoices, approvals, and payments in coordination with global finance (GFOS). Ensure compliance with T&E policies, analyze expense data using Tableau, and maintain supplier master data and contract repositories.
\n\tAccounting & Reporting: Support month-end and year-end closures, journal preparations, and reconciliations. Assist in statutory reporting, GL analysis, and asset register management.
\n\tCash Management: Monitor daily bank balances, prepare cash forecasts, and optimize working capital through effective treasury oversight.
\n\tTraining & Compliance: Deliver onboarding and ongoing training on ChromeRiver, Coupa, and internal finance policies. Support audit, tax, and BBBEE processes to ensure compliance and readiness.
\n\tCollaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally with GFOS teams in India and regional finance teams to align on best practices, resolve supplier queries, and enhance operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Bring<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 accounting or finance experience (preferably in a multinational environment).
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance.
\n\tStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tHighly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n
