\tAs an Inside Sales Support Intern, you will support both internal and external customers by assisting with pricing, quotations, system support, and sales operations. Internship will last 12 months and is paid. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and work onsite in Jahannesburg, Gauteng , South Africa<\/p>\n
Your Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare product quotations, initiate Special Price Agreements (SPA), and support Engineered To Order (ETO) quotes in SAP.
\n\tProvide first-level technical support, manage product and pricing queries, and assist with competitor product conversions.
\n\tSupport sales systems including Dynamics, Power BI, SAP Fiori, PRM, and Anaplan, including training and reporting activities.
\n\tAssist with channel partner programs, customer onboarding, and compliance processes such as anti-bribery due diligence.
\n\tContribute to lead validation, new business development, and marketing support including customer surveys and price action communication.<\/p>\n
The Essentials – You Will Have:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Business Management Degree or equivalent.
\n\tAlternatively, a Bachelor or Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent).<\/p>\n
The Preferred \u2013 You Might Also Have:<\/p>\n
\tFamiliarity with SAP, Dynamics CRM, Power BI, PRM or similar business systems.
\n\tExperience in preparing quotations or handling product-related queries.
\n\tExposure to sales operations or customer support processes.
\n\tUnderstanding of commercial programs or partner management tools.
\n\tInterest in digitalization and business development activities.
