Design Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Description<\/p>\n<p>\tAdminister, score, interpret and provide detailed feedback on psychometric assessments for various purposes in accordance with HPCSA guidelines.<br \/>\n\tMake recommendations based on the job profile and assessment outcome.<br \/>\n\tUpdate Assessment Matrix where applicable.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update the Assessment database.<br \/>\n\tAssist OD Manager to facilitate team building sessions.<br \/>\n\tProvide analytical support to succession and talent management processes.<br \/>\n\tCompile and update talent information databases and ensure data integrity.<br \/>\n\tGenerate analytics and reports for Manager and Senior Manager review.<br \/>\n\tThe list of tasks or duties and responsibilities herein is accordance with operational requirements.<br \/>\n\tConduct research on assessment and talent best practice.<br \/>\n\tSupport and advise stakeholder\/s on the implementation of OD processes where applicable.<br \/>\n\tProvide input and assistance to the OD Manager on the design of project road-maps in order to support OD and HR initiatives.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the development and implementation of various frameworks within OD.<br \/>\n\tCompile reports on the effectiveness of OD interventions.<br \/>\n\tAssist with data gathering, diagnostics, and preparation of project materials for OD interventions.<br \/>\n\tPrepare organograms, project trackers, and progress reports.<br \/>\n\tContribute insights into process improvements and monitor outcomes.<br \/>\n\tConduct job analysis and provide SME guidance regarding job profiles.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that job profiles are compiled within set requirements for all changed\/new positions in the structure.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consultation and communication processes take place.<br \/>\n\tUpdate the relevant platforms with the updated profiles.<br \/>\n\tProvide expert advice and amend organisational structures where required.<br \/>\n\tObtain approval and input on all structure changes from OD Manager as well as other critical stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with job architecture, updated career paths and job profile.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather job profiling and assessment information.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with external service providers where required.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all work complies with South African labour legislation (EEA, BCEA, LRA, POPIA).<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);<br \/>\n\tBCom\/BA Degree in Industrial Psychology or similar (Essential);<br \/>\n\tRegistered with the HPCSA as Psychometrist (Essential);<br \/>\n\tRegistered with the HPCSA as a Psychologist (Advantageous;<br \/>\n\t5 years\u2019 experience in Organisational development\/design and Psychometric Assessments in a in a mid-sized organisation (Essential);<br \/>\n\tSpecific specialist experience in at least 2 of the following functions (Essential):<br \/>\n\tEnd to end Psychometrics;<br \/>\n\tPerformance management;<br \/>\n\tTalent Management;<br \/>\n\tSuccession Management;<br \/>\n\tAviation experience (Advantageous);<br \/>\n\tCertified to administer and interpret the following assessments:<br \/>\n\tTop Talent Solutions suite (Essential);<br \/>\n\tWRISC (JvR) (Essential);<br \/>\n\tCPP (Advantageous).<br \/>\n\tPersonal Attributes:<br \/>\n\tProfessional;<br \/>\n\tHigh integrity;<br \/>\n\tAdaptable and flexible;<br \/>\n\tOpen to learning and
