\tAdminister, score, interpret and provide detailed feedback on psychometric assessments for various purposes in accordance with HPCSA guidelines.
\n\tMake recommendations based on the job profile and assessment outcome.
\n\tUpdate Assessment Matrix where applicable.
\n\tMaintain and update the Assessment database.
\n\tAssist OD Manager to facilitate team building sessions.
\n\tProvide analytical support to succession and talent management processes.
\n\tCompile and update talent information databases and ensure data integrity.
\n\tGenerate analytics and reports for Manager and Senior Manager review.

\n\tConduct research on assessment and talent best practice.
\n\tSupport and advise stakeholder\/s on the implementation of OD processes where applicable.
\n\tProvide input and assistance to the OD Manager on the design of project road-maps in order to support OD and HR initiatives.
\n\tContribute to the development and implementation of various frameworks within OD.
\n\tCompile reports on the effectiveness of OD interventions.
\n\tAssist with data gathering, diagnostics, and preparation of project materials for OD interventions.
\n\tPrepare organograms, project trackers, and progress reports.
\n\tContribute insights into process improvements and monitor outcomes.
\n\tConduct job analysis and provide SME guidance regarding job profiles.
\n\tEnsure that job profiles are compiled within set requirements for all changed\/new positions in the structure.
\n\tEnsure consultation and communication processes take place.
\n\tUpdate the relevant platforms with the updated profiles.
\n\tProvide expert advice and amend organisational structures where required.
\n\tObtain approval and input on all structure changes from OD Manager as well as other critical stakeholders.
\n\tCollaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with job architecture, updated career paths and job profile.
\n\tLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather job profiling and assessment information.
\n\tCoordinate with external service providers where required.
\n\tEnsure all work complies with South African labour legislation (EEA, BCEA, LRA, POPIA).<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
\n\tBCom\/BA Degree in Industrial Psychology or similar (Essential);
\n\tRegistered with the HPCSA as Psychometrist (Essential);
\n\tRegistered with the HPCSA as a Psychologist (Advantageous;
\n\t5 years\u2019 experience in Organisational development\/design and Psychometric Assessments in a in a mid-sized organisation (Essential);
\n\tSpecific specialist experience in at least 2 of the following functions (Essential):
\n\tEnd to end Psychometrics;
\n\tPerformance management;
\n\tTalent Management;
\n\tSuccession Management;
\n\tAviation experience (Advantageous);
\n\tCertified to administer and interpret the following assessments:
\n\tTop Talent Solutions suite (Essential);
\n\tWRISC (JvR) (Essential);
\n\tCPP (Advantageous).
