{"id":22910,"date":"2025-11-01T08:01:05","date_gmt":"2025-11-01T08:01:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/business-analyst-commercial-finance-analyst-consumer-care-specialist\/"},"modified":"2026-02-04T15:07:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T15:07:30","slug":"business-analyst-commercial-finance-analyst-consumer-care-specialist","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=22910","title":{"rendered":"Business Analyst\/Commercial Finance Analyst \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Consumer Care Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Business Analyst is responsible for providing data and analysis as well as to assist the Commercial Development Manager in projects with an aim to improve the commercial performance of Coloplast South Africa (SA) and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).\u00a0The Business Analyst will act as a support to the different business segments executing commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximize business impact in South Africa (SA) and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).<br \/>\n\tMain responsibilities are top line business performance analysis and insights generation in our commercial processes with report development, ad-hoc analytics and special projects being central to the role.<br \/>\n\tYou will be report to the Commercial Development Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Your key responsibilities will be<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tFrequently follows, analyses, and effectively communicates commercial performance against a set target with a strong focus on accuracy.<br \/>\n\tIdentify business trends by utilizing data and draw insights that can be used to strengthen the strategy and processes.<br \/>\n\tManage data sources, both internal and external, and ensure data integrity to allow insight reporting to facilitate managerial decision making.<br \/>\n\tAssist Com-Ex Manager in all critical business planning and reporting, including developing business intelligence reporting.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with sales team for ad hoc market information (S&amp;T, Competition, territory sizing, etc).<br \/>\n\tParticipates in key strategic projects to improve our commercial performance such as Pricing excellence, Business cases, tools and software, tenders.<br \/>\n\tOwn and manage daily CRM (salesforce.com) related activities<br \/>\n\tCollaborates with all other business stakeholders to analyse overall performance<\/p>\n<p>Professional qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tCA(SA)\/CIMA or other relevant Finance Degree<br \/>\n\t0-2 years Post Articles experience<br \/>\n\t1-2 years business partnering or management consulting experience advantageous<br \/>\n\tPrevious Pharma or Medtech industry experience advantageous.<br \/>\n\tExcellent numerical skills with an analytical approach to Marketing and the ability to construct fact-based recommendations and business cases<br \/>\n\tStrong business acumen and commercial understanding<br \/>\n\tStrong collaboration skills across functions and cultures<br \/>\n\tFluent in English (written and spoken) \u2013 ideally combined with one more language<br \/>\n\tHighly effective communication and presentation skills in addition to the ability to engage with different cultures in the SA &amp;
