About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch in Tolwe, Limpopo.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable and efficient management of the branch, ensuring that VKB\u2019s standards of service, quality, and operational excellence are consistently achieved.
\n\tThis position requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on \u2014 someone who can inspire a team, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth within the VKB framework.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll be responsible for<\/p>\n
\tFinancial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the branch, ensuring profitability and effective cost control.
\n\tOperational Management: Manage stock levels, logistics, and product availability within VKB\u2019s operational and compliance framework.
\n\tPeople Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees to achieve their full potential while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
\n\tCustomer Service: Uphold VKB\u2019s commitment to exceptional customer experience by addressing queries, resolving challenges, and maintaining professional relationships.
\n\tCompliance: Ensure all operations align with VKB policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
\n\tContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, improve service delivery, and support VKB\u2019s strategic goals.<\/p>\n
What you bring<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ NQF Level 4 qualification.
\n\t5\u20137 years of management experience within a retail or agri-business environment.
\n\tProven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
\n\tStrong financial, business, and operational acumen.
\n\tIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
\n\tWillingness to work after hours when required.<\/p>\n
