We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our technical team in Durban. The candidate must have some knowledge about technology products, be able to distinguish between different IT components and products. This individual should also be highly organized, pay attention to detail, work well in a team environment, be able to perform well under pressure and must have excellent communication and Customer service skills.<\/p>\n

\tCompletion of Matric or National Senior Certificate.
\n\tTrustworthy and dependable.
\n\tAt least 2-years work experience.
\n\tPunctual and willing to do what is necessary to meet deadlines.
\n\tStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
\n\tThe ability to take initiative and manage own time effectively.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tExcellent problem-solving skills.
\n\tWell organized and able to prioritize effectively.
\n\tNot afraid to ask questions or escalate challenges where necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCreating of CRO\u2019s & RMA\u2019s (Stock being returned)
\n\tDirect Customer engagement with return stock.
\n\tReceiving and booking of return stock, setting expectations for customers
\n\tAssisting customers with general enquiries about repairs, returned stock and status on CRO\/RMA.
\n\tVerifying of serial numbers.
\n\tBooking of couriers to collect CRO\u2019s.
\n\tMonthly Reports on CRO\u2019s and Courier bookings
\n\tFollow up with local vendors on returned repairs.
\n\tCommunicating important CRO & RMA feedback between relevant departments
\n\tDealing with and responding to high volumes of calls and emails.
\n\tBuilding relationships with new and existing client employees. They, therefore, require strong communication and presentation skills.
