The successful candidates will be responsible for managing subordinates and controlling warehouse processes during a shift.This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Polokwane branch and the successful candidate will be reporting to the CDC Manager.<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tShifts\/Weekend\/Public Holidays
\n\tWorking in extreme conditions<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nManage subordinates\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tControl time and attendance to reach set goals\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate and motivate teamto ensure output targets are met \u00a0
\n\tDiscipline teammembers when necessary as per Clover procedure and policy\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ensure efficient stock handling\/management procedures are executed \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMove, pack, control and maintain stock in Warehouse\u00a0
\n\tReceive and despatch stock\u00a0
\n\tLocate stock\u00a0
\n\tMaintain warehouse system in terms of despatching and receiving\u00a0
\n\tPrevent shrinkage and losses while moving, packing and maintain stock.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ensure proper housekeeping\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure Warehouse is neat and tidy at all times\u00a0
\n\tEnsure safe working conditions and report deviations\u00a0<\/p>\n
