The Demand Planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring product availability, efficient inventory control, and strategic promotional readiness across categories. This individual will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align planning efforts with category and company strategy \u2014 directly impacting sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t3-year degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Finance
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a demand planning or inventory planning role (FMCG retail preferred)
\n\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demand planning systems (e.g., FnR, Cube, BoMM)
\n\tSound understanding of inventory health metrics and replenishment cycles
\n\tAdvanced analytical and numerical reasoning skills
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
\n\tAbility to work independently under pressure and make informed decisions<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOwn and align demand strategy jointly with Buyers
\n\tForecast demand using historical data and FnR system for both promotional and non-promotional lines
\n\tMaintain synchronized review cycles and manage supplier lead times
\n\tImplement strategies to manage aged, discontinued, and slow-moving stock
\n\tAuthorize future promotions and ensure timely ordering
\n\tForecast and plan for new stores and store gradings
\n\tDrive accurate stock allocations and replenishment in collaboration with suppliers
\n\tConduct in-depth SKU-level performance analysis to inform commercial decisions
\n\tEnsure end-to-end promotional planning, tracking, and readiness
\n\tDevelop and maintain reporting tools for visibility across functions
\n\tSupport stock health, risk mitigation, and store\/DC availability
\n\tFacilitate supplier performance reviews and inventory collaboration
\n\tManage and review KPIs weekly to track progress and escalate risks
\n\tMentor and support junior planning team members<\/p>\n
