\tClover Bloemfontein Distribution Branch is looking for an experienced Team Leader: Warehouse (Night Shift) to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations during the night shift.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing subordinates, ensuring that all operational activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures, and maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and housekeeping.<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4
\n\tMinimum of 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
\n\tWillingness to work night shift only.
\n\tLocation in Bloemfontein \u2013 advantageous
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tExperience in working with senior management
\n\tShifts\/Weekend\/Public Holidays<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage subordinates
\n\tControl time and attendance to reach set goals
\n\tSupervise and manage warehouse staff during the night shift.
\n\tCommunicate and motivate team to ensure output targets are met
\n\tDiscipline team members when necessary, as per Clover procedure and policy
\n\tAssist Distribution Manager to manage leave
\n\tAssist with managing and arranging all stock takes
\n\tEnsure efficient management procedures are executed
\n\tAssist in controlling the warehouse processes
\n\tAssist in preventing shrinkage and losses while receiving, picking, packing, loading and storing
\n\tEnsure temperature control, no bay doors to be left open<\/p>\n
Ensure proper housekeeping<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the working area is always neat and tidy
\n\tEnsure safe working conditions and report deviations
\n\tEnsure to have all MHE\/Forklift licenses are up to date
\n\tEnsure staff always adhere to standard Health & Safety requirement<\/p>\n
