The successful candidate will be responsible for processing credit notes on the account and related administrative tasks .This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Polokwane branch and the successful candidate will be reporting to the CDC Manager.<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4
\n\tRelevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tComputer literacy (Intermediate)
\n\tExperience in working with senior management<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Process credit notes on the account \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tObtain claim from the Shoprite portal or from the Printing Clerk\u00a0
\n\tAssess the type of claim eg. pricing\/short or return\u00a0
\n\tCapture price claims so that it can be investigated by the pricing department on the Price Claim Initiative\u00a0
\n\tRelease short credits from Limboland system\u00a0
\n\tRelease returns credits from Limboland system\u00a0
\n\tAssist the Shoprite Controller with reconciliations and queries\u00a0
\n\tFollow-up on unprocessed credit notes from various distribution warehouses<\/p>\n
Perform a variety of administrative and related tasks \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPerform general office duties and administration as may be required\u00a0
\n\tMaintain and update filing\/data\/records\/systems \u00a0etc\u00a0
\n\tHandle documentation\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate with customers and employees where required\u00a0
\n\tRelieve colleagues where necessary
\n\tMeet deadlines as per Credit Manager<\/p>\n
