ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo provide administrative & office support within the Sales department<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tCapture all sales data from initial lead through the acceptance \/ rejection
\n\tCapture and collate sales data supplied by Accounts Department for the monthly Executive Pack and quarterly Bidvest Pack
\n\tOversee lead system for Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Free State and Natal North & South
\n\tPrepare monthly figures for Sales Managers and Consultants for discussion at monthly one-on-one meetings
\n\tMaintain Salesman Code List for the company
\n\tCorrespondence for Sales Director, Sales Managers, Consultants and Market Research Analyst
\n\tTyping of large quotes and tenders
\n\tFilling
\n\tTyping of Minutes
\n\tPetty cash
\n\tHandle Boardroom Booking
\n\tOrdering stationary
\n\tBooking of flights, accommodation etc.
\n\tAutocard statements for all sales staff and the issuing of orders for services and repairs to vehicles
\n\tOrdering of business cards for sales staff
\n\tStreamline \/ update present data capture programmes and presentation of quotes
\n\tImplementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality system<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tCertificate in Administration or Secretarial or Customer Service
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License
\n\t3 years relevant experience conducting administrative duties with Sales or Personal Assistant
\n\tOffice Administration & Customer Service
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook<\/p>\n
