\tCreate, foster and execute operational plans to promote and entrench iMasFinance\u2019s Value Proposition and product offerings within existing and potential Employer Partners to achieve iMasFinance\u2019s organisational goals.<\/p>\n
Job Outputs:<\/p>\n
Corporate Marketing Execution<\/p>\n
\tSupport branches in the execution of Marketing and Relationship Management activities to new and existing Employer Partners.
\n\tExpand the iLend and IIB product range within current and new Employer Partners.
\n\tCreate and execute leads generating plans to achieve acquisition targets and increase market share.<\/p>\n
Portfolio Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure Employer Partner engagements are planned, executed and reported on.
\n\tCreate and execute multi dealer sales initiatives.
\n\tPlan and implement Employer Partner launches and relaunches.
\n\tBuild, Improve and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and Employer Partners.
\n\tImplement Financial Awareness activities in line with approved plans.
\n\tSupport collection of salary schedule by achieving monthly targets on linked portfolio.<\/p>\n
Marketing<\/p>\n
\tCreate and execute targeted marketing activities to promote iMasFinance\u2019s value proposition at Employer Partners.
\n\tCreate opportunities at Employer Partners for brand awareness initiatives focussing on digital presence.
\n\tEffective implementation of marketing plans within Employer Partner with Key Account enablement
\n\tIdentify and implement innovative marketing activities to generate leads.
\n\tAcquire primary and secondary target market members within current Employer Partners.
\n\tMaintain adequate branded items for below the line activation and replenish timeously.<\/p>\n
Governance, Compliance and Risk Management<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures. \u00a0Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n
People Management<\/p>\n
\tComplete agreed Performance Contract
\n\tComplete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses. Participate in peer and team learning initiatives<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Marketing \/ Public Relations \/ Corporate Communications or related field (Essential)
\n\tAdvanced diploma in Marketing \/ Public Relations \/ Corporate Communications or related field (Advantageous)
\n\tMatric (Languages\/Accounting\/ Mathematics): Essential
\n\tCode 8 (EB) driver\u2019s license (manual transmission vehicle)<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t4 years\u2019 operational experience in a financing or banking environment
\n\t4 years Marketing\/Public Relations & Sales<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tComputer literacy (MS Office)
\n\tMarketing and Sales skills
\n\tUnderstanding of Industry, our Competitors and Target Market
\n\tRegulatory environment (FICA, NCA)
\n\tFinancial Products knowledge

\n\tExceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
