\tProvide product support training on Wills, ensure multiple channel relationships, prepare Wills free of legal drafting errors and cross sell
\n\tAchieve total revenue targets by either growing of existing clients (optimizing revenue opportunities) or by acquiring new clients.
\n\tProvide information to Finance department on both income and expenditure budgets for the functional area to prepare accurate financial forecasts.
\n\tEstablish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
\n\tDevelop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
\n\tDevelop and maintain a partnership model with staff in the area to facilitate strategic decisions and the application of value-add practices.
\n\tMaintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
\n\tBenchmark market performance levels and business concepts to aid in target setting.
\n\tMaximize Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
\n\tTrack, control and influence Wealth sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales team targets.
\n\tTranslate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects \/ initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.
\n\tMonitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions.\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
\n\tDevelop appropriate product pricing and costing policies based on marketplace dynamics research.
\n\tDefine a Sales portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets, which are determined on an annual basis through conducting competitor analysis and innovating new value propositions by developing sales initiatives which align with the various segment strategies.
\n\tDevelop a deep understanding of the technical trends, commercial market, competition and trends in the market. Research and identify new entrants in the relevant industries (mobile, payments, finance etc.).
\n\tAssess opportunities and threats from these entrants.
\n\tImprove business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
\n\tManage own development to increase own competencies.
\n\tPlan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.<\/p>\n
