Job Description
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Ensuring effective functioning of the Legislature finance department\u2019s accounting and administrative processes, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tpayment processing
\n\tsupplier vetting
\n\tinvoicing and collection of tithing income\u00a0
\n\taccounting
\n\tfinancial reporting
\n\tasset control
\n\tgeneral administration<\/p>\n

Job Requirements
\nMinimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate
\n\tCertificate in bookkeeping or a related field
\n\tExperience in accounting systems, preferably Sage or Pastel Evolution
\n\tComputer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tWritten and verbal communication
\n\tTime management and organisation
\n\tAdministration and attention to detail<\/p>\n
Abilities:<\/p>\n
\tPerform financial calculations
\n\tUse initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
\n\tBe outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
\n\tWork independently
\n\tApply sound judgement<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Commitment:<\/p>\n
