Working in our early resolutions complaints department you\u2019ll be a key point of contact for customers with insurance and \/ or service-related complaints.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsuring that customer satisfaction and quality is priority and delivering exceptional customer service.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding the customers perspective, running cases from start to finish.<br \/>\n\tBuilding rapport with the customer and providing the best possible outcome for customer complaints<br \/>\n\tManage customer complaints proactively<br \/>\n\tEnsure that any new regulations or processes are effectively implemented. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all complaints are managed within the company&#8217;s target SLAs.<br \/>\n\tAddress customers in professional and empathetic manner especially with dealing with vulnerable customers<br \/>\n\tCreate a memorable customers interaction on every call.<br \/>\n\tEnsuring targets are reached daily<\/p>\n<p>Job Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric \/ NQF level 4<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 6 months previous complaints handling experience<br \/>\n\tKPI\u2019s \/ Performance are met consecutively for past 3 months.<br \/>\n\tNo prior warnings \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrevious experience in a complaint handling role, ideally with a favourable complaint recognition rate<br \/>\n\tPrevious complaint handling experience within an FCA regulated business is ideal.<br \/>\n\tExperience in closing complaints<br \/>\n\tFull complaint handling cycle experience is essential.<br \/>\n\tPassionate about providing the best resolution for the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Required Knowledge:<\/p>\n<p>\tGood communication skills \u2013 articulation and comprehension<br \/>\n\tConfidence in decision-making, under pressure.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work autonomously and under pressure.<br \/>\n\tA passion to deliver a first-class customer service.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Huntswood","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We are Huntswood.
