An exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources Administrator at the NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED (NBL) Durban Tea factory. The successful incumbent will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for providing general administrative and office support to the Human Resources department to facilitate operational effectiveness and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Job Specification:<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tManagement of clocking system against uncommunicated and unaccounted absence
\n\tDaily receiving and recording of overtime and acting allowance claim forms, verifying compliance against submitted pre-authorisation forms
\n\tWeekly capturing of employee rosters for all departments on
\n\tManagement of the HR Movement Inbox.
\n\tFlag, challenge and report any deviations against site procedure.
\n\tFollow-up on corrected claim forms.
\n\tVerify overtime hours on time sheets per department to compile weekly dashboard.
\n\tCompile weekly reports on excessive overtime.
\n\tFacilitate Fixed Term Contract processes and maintain employee role profiles.
\n\tDaily receiving and recording of leave forms, verifying accuracy of completed forms against compliance.
\n\tVerify leave forms against leave captured on BesTime and SAP.
\n\tAct as backup for leave capturing processes.
\n\tSupport with tracking and filing Role Profiles on employee files
\n\tSupport with scheduling training and tracking completion of Employee Self-Service (ESS).
\n\tSupport management with processing of short-time.
\n\tProcess all time and attendance entries on BesTime to drive weekly payroll processing.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 3 years\u2019 HR administration experience gained in a unionized environment within the FMCG\/Manufacturing industry
\n\tSolid understanding of the payroll process
\n\tExperience in SAP or BesTime<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources (National Diploma or a Bachelors’ degree)<\/p>\n
Additional Requirements<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge of BesTime or any other time and attendance systems would be highly advantageous
\n\tProficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)<\/p>\n
