\tA vacancy exists for a Security Manager. \u00a0 The position will report to the \u00a0Branch manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric) Certificate of equivalent.
\n\tPSIRA Grade A registered and accredited.
\n\t5-8 Years Security experience.
\n\tMinimum 4 – 5 years\u2019 Security Experience.
\n\tNo Criminal Record or any pending cases.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license with own reliable transport.
\n\tStaff Management experience essential.
\n\tComputer literacy and very strong Admin Skills.
\n\tMust be physically fit and in good health.
\n\tIf and when required and do site visits after hours.
\n\tApplicants to reside in Durban<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client
\n\tGeneral management and supervision of security staff and ensuring that all their queries are dealt with promptly
\n\tEnsuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
\n\tMaintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
\n\tConstantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services.
\n\tDealing with all required administration matters.
\n\tLiaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues.
\n\tSubmitting relevant weekly \/ monthly incident and general reports as required by Management.<\/p>\n
