Qualification, Experience and Competencies<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Grade 12
\n\t\u00a0Minimum of 6 years experience as Mechanic General, Trade Test qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic\/Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) post apprenticeship or learnership experience
\n\t\u00a0Minimum of 4 years Field service mechanic experience with substantial troubleshooting exposure
\n\t\u00a0Experienced trouble shooting and problem-solving skills on Earthmoving Equipment Machines
\n\t\u00a0Well embedded machine specific technical knowledge and skills
\n\t\u00a0Sound interpersonal and communication skills
\n\t\u00a0Good technical report writing skills
\n\t\u00a0Basic business and financial understanding
\n\t\u00a0Computer literate and good business writing knowledge
\n\t\u00a0Good and experiences on Caterpillar machine and product knowledge<\/p>\n
