\tTo develop and implement auditable costing method for existing and future waste management processes to enable the assessment of Necsa\u2019s nuclear liabilities and to develop annual D&D projects costs planning and budgets.<\/p>\n

\tContribute in the management of nuclear liabilities by participating in the developing of the D&D strategy, assessment of nuclear liabilities and business plan\/Annual Plan of Action to ensure alignment with set goals and objectives including (Necsa Predetermined Objectives).
\n\tDevelop and reviewing of Nuclear Liabilities Management Strategy.
\n\tDevelop and reviewing \u00a0 of Methodologies \u00a0 \u00a0and framework for assessing nuclear liabilities.
\n\t\u00a0Estimation of the Nuclear liability reassessments and compile final reassessment report.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop costing methods to determine the cost of existing and future waste management processes as well as current and future decommissioning costs for nuclear liabilities assessment process.
\n\tDevelop and annual review of waste management tariffs.
\n\tDevelop project-costing model for costing of D&D Projects.
\n\tPrepare 5-year projects cost plans and APA budgets (5 year).
\n\tMonthly expenditure forecasts for all Waste Management departments.
\n\tMonthly variance analysis and explanations.
\n\tDevelopment of an auditable system (costing and process data) for the nuclear liabilities assessments and ensure that financial practices and reporting related to nuclear liabilities comply with relevant regulations and standards e.g. (AGSA and ISA).
\n\tManage and provide advice on the Implementation of the Nuclear Liabilities Assessment Software and continuous maintenance of the software.
\n\tAudit liaison
\n\tCoordinate the submission of requested information.
\n\tProvide audit findings action plan and ensure audit findings are resolved.
\n\tManage the communication between the auditors and management.
\n\tRisk Management
\n\tEnsure that the assessment of financial risks associated with nuclear liabilities, such as cost overruns or changes in regulatory requirements and develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure financial stability.
\n\tFinancial Responsibilities
\n\tProvide reports on expenses and variances on a monthly\/quarterly basis to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
\n\tReview waste management related tariffs.
\n\tReview D&D annual and periodic (5 yearly) liabilities assessments (financial aspects).
\n\tCompile the annual budget and monthly forecasts for Waste Management according to Necsa\u2019s policy and procedures and in line with Finance and Business Development (FBD) schedules.
\n\tManage all liabilities according to approved budgeted plans.<\/p>\n
Requirements
