You need to be passionate about people, display professionalism in dealing with clients, have excellent networking and analytical skills and be fanatic about the success of the business.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification Required<\/p>\n
\tNQF4\/Matric\/Standard 10
\n\tFAIS credits\/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)
\n\tFinancial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed
\n\tNQF 5 & NQF 6 advantageous
\n\tMust have your own motor vehicle
\n\tValid code B driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in the commercial insurance industry
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in face-to-face business
\n\tDeliverables include, but will not be limited to
\n\tTo deliver on business strategies and key deliverables
\n\tRecruitment of own team
\n\tTo ensure that the team adheres to compliance regulations
\n\tTo coach and mentor all team members to ensure high quality standards
\n\tTo analyse performance data and present findings to senior management
\n\tEnsure team enablement to perform at optimal level
\n\tAssist your team to build their own insurance portfolios
\n\tCommunicate effectively with your team, management and internal stakeholders
\n\tProvide ongoing system and product support<\/p>\n
