Minimum Qualification \/ Requirements \/ Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tBSC Electrical Engineering Degree
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License
\n\tWilling and fast learner with a self-driven attitude
\n\tA good theoretical demonstration of Electrical Engineering principles
\n\tPositive attitude to work in a Process Plant environment
\n\tTheoretical demonstration of problem-solving skills
\n\tKnowledge of Electrical and electronic equipment and engineering principles in light to heavy current.
\n\tTechnical knowledge required for in-depth Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations.
\n\tTheoretical knowledge of process plant and electrical support.
\n\tGood interpersonal skills
\n\tCommunication skills<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited not):<\/p>\n
\tComplete GCC program
\n\tForm part of multiple continuous improvement projects across Afrimat.
\n\tAssist in improving operational efficiency.
\n\tEnsure fast tracking multiple continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\tAttend site meetings to understand system requirements.
\n\tImplement operational technologies to improve production measurements.
\n\tOffer post implementation support to back-end maintenance.
\n\tOutstanding records of academic achievement.
\n\tExceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.
\n\tAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively \u2013 both verbally and in writing.<\/p>\n
