The Role<\/p>\n
\tYou\u2019ll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that every studio, every order, and every customer experience runs seamlessly \u2014 from stock arriving in the UK to a client unwrapping her beautifully packed bra in Bloemfontein.<\/p>\n
Your key areas of focus will be:<\/p>\n
Supply Chain & Logistics (30%)<\/p>\n
\tManage imports from the UK, courier relationships, and inter-studio transfers to keep stock moving efficiently.<\/p>\n
Inventory & Stock Control (25%)<\/p>\n
\tOversee accurate inventory in\u00a0Cin7 Core, reconciling with Shopify and studio sales to maintain healthy stock levels and reorder points.<\/p>\n
Customer Service Management (25%)<\/p>\n
\tSupport our \u201cCourage Consultants\u201d and virtual team in resolving client queries with empathy and efficiency, maintaining our gold-standard service reputation.<\/p>\n
Fulfilment & Dispatch (20%)<\/p>\n
\tManage fulfilment flow, accuracy, and timeliness \u2014 ensuring every parcel is packed beautifully and delivered on time.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Core Experience & Skills<\/p>\n
Operations Management Experience<\/p>\n
\tProven track record managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations (preferably retail or e-commerce).
\n\tStrong organisational and process management skills.<\/p>\n
Supply Chain & Logistics Management<\/p>\n
\tExperience coordinating imports, courier relationships, and distribution logistics.
\n\tUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain \u2014 from supplier to customer delivery.<\/p>\n
Inventory & Systems Management<\/p>\n
\tHands-on experience with\u00a0inventory control systems\u00a0such as\u00a0Cin7 Core, Shopify, or similar ERP\/e-commerce tools.
\n\tAble to reconcile stock, track movement, and maintain accurate data.<\/p>\n
Customer Service Oversight<\/p>\n
\tExperience leading or supporting a customer service team.
\n\tAbility to resolve client queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.<\/p>\n
Fulfilment & Dispatch Supervision<\/p>\n
\tStrong understanding of order fulfilment processes, quality control, and delivery performance metrics.<\/p>\n
Data & Analytical Ability<\/p>\n
\tComfortable working with performance metrics (delivery rates, inventory turnover, accuracy percentages, etc.).
\n\tAble to interpret reports and drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

Desirable Background<\/p>\n
\t5+ years\u2019 experience in retail operations, supply chain, or e-commerce.
\n\tExposure to both physical retail and online store environments.
\n\tPrior experience in a fast-scaling SME or brand with multiple outlets a strong plus.\u00a0
\n\tA natural organiser who thrives on efficiency and structure\u00a0
\n\tExperienced in\u00a0inventory systems\u00a0(Cin7, Shopify, or similar)\u00a0
\n\tSkilled at managing teams across multiple locations\u00a0
\n\tConfident analysing reports and turning data into action
