Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tCustomers \u2013 New &amp; Existing<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tRespond to customer enquiries\/complaints.<br \/>\n\tManages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF.<br \/>\n\tSeeks and prospects for BC targets to win new customers generally in the 60k-1000k Euro range Net Sales per annum<br \/>\n\tPlans and manages medium to large &#8211; sized Business Customers<br \/>\n\tBuilds rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer\u2019s business and the market<br \/>\n\tRecommends solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge<br \/>\n\tIs responsible for closing business by connecting a customer\u2019s needs to a DHL solution by offering value to the clients supply chain<br \/>\n\tUses networks within the various Sales channels within DPDHL to collaborate on customers, marketing strategies and offers a full supply chain of services to service customer needs<br \/>\n\tCollects relevant customer information for the RFI\/RFP\/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations<br \/>\n\tSales Manager:<br \/>\n\tHighlights to Sales Manager on observations of market dynamics for example competitors\u2019 behavioural patterns.<\/p>\n<p>Other Departments:<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain and support interdepartmental relationships.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve shared goals.<\/p>\n<p>Business Development:<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelops sales plan\/strategy\/activities to achieve target budgets.<br \/>\n\tResponsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers.<br \/>\n\tDevelop target lists of new business and continuously review and update.<br \/>\n\tEstablish and present customized offers to customers.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms.<\/p>\n<p>Business Performance &amp;
