\tWe are searching for an individual with solid experience in managing sales teams to join the Sanderton Life office. You will be responsible for driving performance of a team of sales representatives and ensuring that business objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<\/p>\n
\tRecruit high quality representatives timeously and accurately
\n\tEnsure that appointed representatives are adequately trained
\n\tManage a team of insurance representatives optimally
\n\tEnsure that the set insurance sales targets are reached
\n\tEnsure and monitor compliance with respect to FAIS\/FICA\/LTIA and all other relevant legislation
\n\tRisk management
\n\tDevelop and expand markets<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tA suitable industry entry qualification within the requirements of the FSCA<\/p>\n
Comply with FAIS legislation for registration as Fit and Proper individuals:<\/p>\n
Applicants who entered the industry as follows:<\/p>\n
\tFrom years 2004 \u2013 2007 requires 30 credits on NQF 4 obtained by 31 December 2009.
\n\tFrom years 2008 – 2009 requires 30 credits or 60 credits on NQF 4 obtained by 31 December 2011 or full FAIS recognised qualification obtained by 31 December 2013
\n\tAll those appointed in the industry from the year 2010 onwards require a full FAIS recognised qualification
\n\tClear ITC record
\n\tClear criminal record
\n\tRE5 certificate
\n\tRE1 will be an advantage
\n\tDriver\u2019s license, own reliable transport and cell phone
\n\tProven success in the Marketing of Life Assurance for at least three years<\/p>\n
