\tBidvest Prestige is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations in Polokwane. The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving growth and profitability.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOversee day-to-day operations of the branch in Polokwane, including cleaning and hygiene services
\n\tDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and targets
\n\tManage and motivate a team of staff, providing leadership and support
\n\tMonitor and control budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
\n\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
\n\tEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
\n\tImplement and maintain high standards of quality and service delivery
\n\tResolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
\n\tPerform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as a General Manager within the cleaning or hospitality industry
\n\tStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n\tAbility to develop and implement strategic plans and operational processes
\n\tStrong financial acumen and budget management skills
\n\tCustomer-focused approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service
\n\tKnowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
\n\tProficiency in MS Office and relevant software programs
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own transportation<\/p>\n
