\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tProviding administrative support to external and internal clients
\n\tData base administration and ensure timeous capturing on the information system
\n\tComparing of information on different databases
\n\tDocument and administrative control according to standards
\n\tTimeous recording of information on Navision and ERP
\n\tEnsuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures and policies
\n\tImplementing internal controls to ensure Business, Financial and Human Resource compliance
\n\tAssist with general administrative tasks including reports and statistics.
\n\tTraining and development of self and seasonal temp administrators.
\n\tSupporting Regional Administrators\u00a0
\n\tReception duties<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
\n\tA minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience within the PPECB
\n\tKnowledge of PPECB\u2019s ERP systems both F&O and CE
\n\tKnowledge on PPECB\u2019s Titan system
\n\tKnowledge on PPECB\u2019s BI, OIS and back-end systems would be advantageous.
\n\tAdministrative knowledge and experience in both value streams within the PPECB
\n\tAdministrative knowledge on capturing cold chain documents, billing vessel files, timesheets, capturing inspection documents, queries and credit notes, including Cold chain Titan and PI Titan verification and validation.
\n\tKnowledge on PPECB\u2019s procurement processes
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
\n\tGood numeric skills with track record\u00a0
\n\tBasic experience in accounting would be advantageous.
\n\tCertificates in computer training would be advantageous
\n\tKnowledge of the perishable industry and regulatory environment, risk management and ISO principles.
\n\tProven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behaviour
