\tTo recruit, maintain and develop brokers and achieve set targets<\/p>\n
Main Outputs and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement an integrated sales & marketing plan \u00a0
\n\tReview progress and compile report on progress made<\/p>\n
Recruit Brokers<\/p>\n
\tGrow distribution channel by sourcing and selecting appropriate brokers
\n\tPrepare and present appropriate documentation of Brokers for the CCC<\/p>\n
Provide support to brokers<\/p>\n
\tEnsure brokers are equipped with sufficient documentation e.g. application forms
\n\tHandle administration queries on behalf of dedicated brokers
\n\tCheck business methods of dedicated brokers and advise accordingly
\n\tUpdate brokers on Assupol products and services regularly
\n\tEnsure computer software of brokers are up to date in respect of Assupol products and services
\n\tBuild professional business relationships with brokers<\/p>\n
Offer training to brokers and their sub-agents<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate product training
\n\tFacilitate any other form of training that will enhance the broker\u2019s production
\n\tKeep record of training interventions
\n\tForward all relevant training info to Head Office<\/p>\n
Identity and develop new and current markets<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and develop new markets
\n\tNegotiate stop order markets
\n\tMaintain contacts with key decision makers and insurance industry resources (new and existing)
\n\tRetain and increase market share in existing markets
\n\tManage the business retention
\n\tConduct products presentations in the market\u00a0<\/p>\n
Maintain production targets and retain business<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and develop new markets
\n\tEnsure and monitor set production targets are achieved\u00a0

\n\tDiploma\/Degree\/Long Term Insurance qualification (a qualification that is recognised by the FSCA)\u00a0
\n\tTechnical\/Legal Certification
\n\tRegulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives\u00a0
\n\tRegulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individual (Advantage)<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t2 years Project Management\u00a0
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience in the Long-Term Insurance industry \u00a0
\n\tAtleast 1 years advice and intermediary experience in category A,B,C and retail benefits
\n\t1 year\u2019s management experience in the insurance industry<\/p>\n
